Comments: Enjoyed my experience with Rick and his therapists. I do think the therapists billing system should be more accurate. My EOB's and bills did not always reflect the dates I had therapy and it was somewhat difficult to match an EOB date from the insurance company with the date listed on the bill. I suggest the therapists record their time with the patient every day they see them so as not to confuse the billing department, the insurance company, and the patient.
